The location is conveniently peaceful, just a few minutes from the sea, ideal for a refreshing getaway. The apartment itself is exceptionally clean, boasting a lovely balcony that enhances the outdoor experience, albeit it is mostly shaded by late afternoon. While the communication with Viktor, the caretaker, was seamless, I encountered a significant concern regarding the main door lock, which could be easily compromised. This incident was alarming, yet I appreciate Viktor’s immediate support during the situation. The amenities like a shared outdoor pool and a cozy patio create an inviting atmosphere conducive to relaxation. The availability of nearby shops and transport options, including a €3.50 shuttle to the airport, contributes to the value of the stay. With some improvements, particularly to security, this apartment could very well become a favorite for budget-conscious travelers seeking comfort in Miami Playa.
